Dedicated WordPress developer

One more developer on your team. Without hiring.

WordPress development capacity reserved for your agency, every month: we work in your tools, with your processes and on your timelines. When work grows you add capacity, without recruiting and without onboarding at every peak.

How we build it

A ticket on the agency's board becomes a branch, two commits and a pull request on the agency's repository, and then lands in the Done column, released to staging. Hiring for a peak in work is the most expensive choice an agency can make.

Work comes in waves. Hiring for the wave means paying a salary through the quiet months too; not hiring means turning down a project, or delivering it late. A dedicated developer solves the part that matters: capacity when you need it, from someone who already knows your projects, your conventions and your clients — without your clients knowing.

We only work with agencies. We never contact your clients.

What you get

Not an hourly resource to manage: someone who works like your team.

  • 01

    Reserved capacity

A share of development reserved for your agency every month, planned with you around the work you actually have.

  • 02

    Your tools

Your repository, your project management, your channels. We don’t ask you to adopt ours.

  • 03

    Your conventions

Coding standards, theme structure, release workflow: we adapt to the ones your agency already uses.

  • 04

    Continuity across projects

Whoever works on your projects knows them. No explaining everything again to someone new each time.

  • 05

    WordPress and beyond

Themes, plugins, WooCommerce and, when needed, PHP, Laravel and APIs. One pool of capacity for the work that actually comes in.

  • 06

    Invisible to the client

Your agency is the name on calls, documents and commits. If you need one, we sign an NDA before we start.

How we start

Three steps to join your workflow. From the fourth, we work.

  1. Getting to know you

You tell us how your agency works: current projects, tools, conventions, volumes.

  2. Access and conventions

We join your tools and read the projects we will work on, before touching them.

  3. First assignment

We start with a defined piece of work, to check the method together.

  4. Ongoing work

From there, capacity is planned every month and adjusts when the workload changes.

What we work with

The everyday technologies of a WordPress agency, plus the ones needed when the CMS isn’t enough.

  • WordPress
  • WooCommerce
  • PHP
  • Laravel
  • ACF Pro
  • Composer
  • Git
  • GitHub

Frequently asked questions

  1. How is this different from a freelancer?
A freelancer is one person: when they are on holiday or busy elsewhere, the work stops. With us capacity is reserved, and continuity is our problem, not yours.
  2. Can we scale capacity up or down?
Yes. It is planned with you every month, based on the work you actually have.
  3. Do you work in our tools?
Yes: repository, project management, communication channels. We fit into the workflow your agency already uses.
  4. Will you talk to our clients?
Only if you ask us to, and on behalf of your agency. We have no sales activity towards our partners’ clients: it is the condition that makes everything else possible.
  5. How is the cost set?
On the capacity reserved each month. Tell us your volumes and the kind of work: we reply with a proposal, not a generic price list.

The same team, for the rest of the work.
